Easter Fun!

So this year for Easter I went to visit my mother, sister and adorable 5 year old nephew! It was so much fun and I was able to unwind and relax!! We decided this year to have a big Easter feast at my mom's. The menu was crazzy! My mother made lamb, stuffed mango chicken, and rice, and my sister and I made yams, mashed potatoes, lasagna, string bean casserole, mac n cheese, and peach cobbler. Well, I will only take credit for the yams and lasagna! ;) The food was amazing and we had friends over to help us dig in the food! So we did that, but before we started cooking, we had a HUGE Easter egg hunt for my two kids and my nephew! We hid about 40 plus eggs! Kids were VERY happy! Who wouldn't be? Isn't that the best when you're a kid? =) I also had my kids color eggs, they didn't turn out as pretty as I would have liked them to, BUT they looked pretty good if you ask me for our FIRST time coloring eggs! ;) I hope everyone enjoyed their Easter, if you celebrate it!
